For registrations received less than one week before a program begins, confirmations will be held until the day of the program. Can’t Decide? Please be aware that we may cancel programs due to low enrollment one week before the program date and many programs fill quickly. Please do not wait until the last minute to register. Refunds Refunds will be issued by Field Museum staff, minus a $10 processing fee, for Group and Family Overnights only. No refunds or exchanges are permitted for any other programs. Fees for programs cancelled by The Field Museum will be refunded in full. You may also receive a full refund or credit if you are not satisfied with a program.
